How to consume wheatgrass juice?

Simply thaw the desired portions of frozen wheatgrass juice in the evening in the refrigerator, then drink them the next morning on an empty stomach 5 to 10 minutes before breakfast.

If you forget to defrost your portion of wheatgrass juice, make a small bain-marie using a bowl of hot water and place the capsule (closed) in the bowl and wait 5 to 10 minutes.

Wheatgrass juice: 30 ml per day (1 oz), then gradually increase to 120 ml per day as needed.

• Wheatgrass powder dosage
Add one tablespoon 4g daily to 4oz or more of water, juice or smoothie

• What not to do

Wheatgrass is generally considered safe for most people. However, there may be contraindications for some people, including those with wheat or wheatgrass allergies, those with blood clotting problems or taking blood thinners, and those who are sensitive to wheatgrass due to its fiber content.
